White Rock is a crypto-native asset manager building tokenized investment products on blockchain infrastructure. Our mission is to bring institutional-grade asset management to everyone through transparency, accessibility, and aligned incentives.

Traditional asset management suffers from opacity, high minimums, and misaligned incentives. Investors often have no visibility into holdings between quarterly reports, face minimums of $100,000 or more, and pay complex fee structures that benefit managers regardless of performance.

White Rock leverages blockchain technology to create investment products with real-time on-chain transparency, lower minimum investments starting at $1,000, clear and simple fee structures, and 24/7 market access without traditional settlement delays.

Our products are built on audited smart contracts deployed across multiple networks including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, and Base. Each product has a clearly defined investment mandate, risk parameters, and fee structure that is enforced programmatically.

Investors receive tokenized shares representing their ownership in a fund or vault. These tokens are transferable, composable with other DeFi protocols, and provide real-time visibility into the underlying assets and NAV.

Our risk management framework includes diversification requirements, position limits, automated rebalancing, and circuit breakers. All risk parameters are defined in the smart contract and cannot be changed without governance approval.

White Rock operates with a tiered governance model. Protocol parameters are controlled by a multisig of core team members, with plans to progressively decentralize governance to token holders as the protocol matures.

Q1 2026: Launch Core BTC/ETH Fund with initial shareholders. Q2 2026: Introduce Stable Yield Vault and Digital Asset Index products. Q3 2026: Multi-chain expansion and developer SDK. Q4 2026: Advanced products including options strategies and RWA exposure.
